Official IHPA Partner Professor David Dilley of Global Weather Oscillations, Inc. will give a 15 minute presentation on the 2020 Hurricane Season Outlook. Professor Dilley is the most accurate hurricane forecaster for the past 11+ years, with an 87% hot-spot accuracy rate. GWO’s use of Climate Pulse Technology led to a 91% correct forecast for 2019.
