Professor David Dilley of Global Weather Oscillations, Inc.
 Official IHPA Partner Professor David Dilley of Global Weather Oscillations, Inc. will present an overview of his 2018 hurricane season prediction.
Former NOAA Meteorologist Professor Dilley has been the most accurate storm forecaster for the last 10 years, with an 87%+ accuracy rate. He was the first forecaster to predict an above average storm season in 2017 with an accurate prediction of 17 named storms, nine hurricanes, five major hurricanes and six landfalls. Using patent pending Climate Pulse Technology, Professor Dilley can accurately predict hurricane activity two years into the future with a higher degree of accuracy of where they will make landfall. His 11 prediction zones span from New England to Texas.
This presentation will highlight the results from the 2017 hurricane season and give an overview of what’s to come in 2018. Certain parts of the country have entered the most dangerous hurricane cycle in decades, and Professor Dilley expects an active season to say the least.
